In its early years, the organization primarily supported engineering and design projects in the oil and gas industry, building a reputation for reliability, technical precision, and tailored solutions. Recognizing the evolving landscape of infrastructure and sustainability, the company ramped up operations in 2022, marking its entry into the water resources and renewable energy sectors. A pivotal milestone was reached in 2025 with the formal rebranding and registration of the organization as Aulem Innovations Inc. President/Principal Engineer
He has an extensive engineering background with more than 20 years of experience. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños, a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman, and a candidate for a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from De La Salle University.
A well-educated and reputable Civil Engineer specializing in Structural Design, his knowledge of intricate design processes and industry trends makes him a sought-after expert for finding innovative solutions for his clients.
His interests include neural networks, machine learning, and earthquake engineering. He believes in working smart - leveraging innovative tools, particularly in the era of AI -- to enhance the value of his work.
